Hello there and welcome! I am so excited to be sharing in the joy of launching my own podcast Sustaining with Shana with you. Sustaining with Shana is the result of over a year of brainstorming and careful, thoughtful planning.

The podcast grew out of the frustration of my story not being heard by the right people. I burned out trying to find the “perfect” sustainability job and selling my valuable skills to a future employer. Recently, I realized that my skills can be utilized for good right here in my own community and that I can create something fresh and new for the people that need it most.

As a life long Berks Countian, I have finally fallen in love with our local culture. It is here that the organic farming movement began to developing innovative sustainable solutions. To put it simply, I want to simply share that love with you, my listener.

Together, we will discover this place we all call home all over again.

XO Shana

Podcast Details:

Sustaining with Shana is an exciting new adventure for me. The podcast will be the main feature of my platform. Episodes will drop on Fridays on a biweekly basis. In these early weeks some episodes maybe released on a weekly basis, because so much wonderful content must be share.

To listen to my episodes you can listen to them right here on my website under the episodes tab. Other options currently include, Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, Anchor.fm, and more!

In addition to the podcast , I have created the resource blog which will be home to several different items. One of them will be the Weekly Ingest Newsletter which will drop every Monday. The newsletter will be tailor made to highlight news and stories about sustainability and climate change that may often get over looked, forgotten about, or even unheard of in the community I serve.

In the future I hope to grow and expand the Sustaining with Shana platform by providing workshops, seminars, and eventually consulting.

I am so humbled and appreciative of all the support from the community throughout the journey! This celebration is just as much yours as it is mine! Glad you are here and thanks a million for listening!
